8/25/18 - Marc Berger's Critically Acclaimed "RIDE"

Berger's critically acclaimed current release, "Ride", was inspired by his lifelong love affair with the American West, a vast expanse of magic and mystery.

Ride presents ten cinematic recordings capturing the vastness and romance of the West's wide open spaces.

Clouds that forever stampede the endless sky, shadows gliding over canyon walls. American artists from John Ford to Frederick Remington to A.B. Guthrie have used film, canvas and the printed page to convey the essence of its unique landscape and mythology.

Marc has performed at Austin’s South X Southwest Music Festival, and the Kerrville and Falcon Ridge Folk Festivals, and has opened shows for Bob Dylan, and other national acts. His song "The Last One", was a staple of Richie Havens' concerts.

“Gritty, cinematic tales of the real west...at times stripped bare, at other times dramatic and haunting...an experience like no other album I’ve heard this year.” - Maverick, U.K.

"Full of gravel, spit and determination...takes off from the first note and never disappoints - get it!" - No Depression

“It’s [RIDE] the breathtaking grandeur of the high desert and plateaus suspended between the pioneer days and ten minutes ago” - Fame (Folk & Acoustic Music Exchange)

RIDE is ALBUM OF THE YEAR - "Without a doubt, the greatest discovery for us in this year; if not in our entire existence…makes the writers want to write and singers sing….an instant American Classic” - Nanobotrock.com
